Stage One – The Design Stage
A concept is developed following our initial discussion that included personal tastes and requirements for the space. You will be provided with a floor plan detailing the proposed layout which will take into account existing fixed elements within the room and any furniture that is to be incorporated into the design.
2-3 options of sample board detailing wall-coverings, flooring, fabrics, light fittings and furniture.
Stage Tw0 – Specification and Procurement
Once the design has been approved a detailed quotation and specification sheet is prepared.
Quotes obtained from tradesmen . Crimsonattic can recommend tradesmen or the client may wish to use their own.
We will provide Architectural drawings and liaise with the planning department for basic interior alterations if required, for an additional fee.
Once the client is happy with all the costs we move on to Stage Three.
Stage 3 – Implementation and project management
A schedule of work is drawn up following consultation with all contractors involved.
All furniture, materials and accessories are now ordered and delivered as per specification.
We will have regular visits to site to oversee the work and to ensure the installation of materials are in accordance with the design.
